Information regarding your reservation order

Order = Reservation

Adding a product to the cart constitutes a reservation, not a purchase. After receiving your order, we will immediately check whether the device is still available and contact you by phone. After confirming your intention to purchase, you will receive a proforma requesting payment. Then we will order a UDT examination and delivery to the given address.

Payment

After confirming the availability of the forklift truck and your intention to purchase, we issue a proforma document, which must be paid within 3 days.

Delivery

Delivery of the forklift truck is always included in the price. We also offer the possibility of personal pickup from our warehouse, after prior arrangement of the date and place. Self-collection does not affect the price.

Return

When purchasing our forklift truck, we guarantee a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery of the vehicle. The right of return applies to standard forklifts in the technical condition in which they were delivered. Return transport of the forklift is at the Buyer's expense.
